I focus on English language teaching and consulting for companies in Austria and Germany and am committed to helping second-language learners improve their English. Why? Because I love seeing people make progress and I know how learning languages can be a uniquely rewarding experience. How? Methodology has always fascinated me, so besides the personal contact and tried-and-tested methods, I attach great importance to developing and using new, sometimes unorthodox approaches.

My presentation and negotiation workshops for business also attract people from beyond German-speaking countries, including the UK and the USA.

I am a Chartered Linguist, member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists in London, lecturer in English at the Johannes Kepler University Linz and Alumni Fellow of Nottingham Trent University. When I'm not working I practice the three Rs – reading, running and reflecting.
